Notified re ; Reached maximum number changes

So I recently subscribed for another month, thinking I would be able to change my number again. But after I subscribed, I went to Change the number and was told I’ve reach the maximum times allowed to change my number. 
I want to cancel my plan and get a refund. 
Whast the easiest way to do that @help

I don’t really care if you think it’s strange or not that I change my number a lot, I didnt ask you to chime in with your 2 cents regarding what your thoughts were on my actions. 

If what you are saying is true about the ability to change 4 times per billing cycle would the fact that i just started the billing cycle again by subscribing again renew my 4 changes?

It sounds like you reached your maximum of 4 number change for this month.

Strange that you change your number so many times. Most members like to stay with one number so friends and family can keep in touch with them.

One option is to use TextNow and pick new numbers.

You need to open a ticket on the Chat icon for a refund but it will take about 3 to 4 weeks to process so better to wait for your next renewal date and pick another number.

im not sure if I’ve had four number changes. If I have are there any options

the one you tagged is just a community member

we were told you can make 4 number changes in a cycle.  If you didn't have 4 changes yet, wait till tomorrow and use browser with Incognito mode and try again
