I activated my sin ,bought a plan paid for it
I decided to phone my new number went straight to voice message , I tried logging into self service after receiving my email , email not found I'm wondering what's going on here?

@Pufferz For voicemail setup just call your number from your phone and follow the instructions. The password should be the 4 digit PIN you entered when activating your SIM.

I want to take the time to thank the ones who replied here and for the admin the cell is working now just need to figure how to retrieve my messages on voice which I had no idea we had voicemail lol

I asked about whether you got a new number or did porting because porting brings on additional issues not found in getting a new number. @MarieHelene_L, is still online. Send her a message quick and hopefully you should be up and running right away.

In the activation process, did you choose a new number or you did a number port? In any event, it looks like there was some sort of problem with the activation.
