Hi,
My plan was supposed to be updated today, October 12, but it hasn’t been changed yet.
I upgraded from the 4GB plan to the 20GB plan, but it still shows that I’m on the 4GB plan.
Could you please check this for me?

@Insun Could just be a cache issue. Try refreshing the app by swiping down from top of the screen and see if it corrects itself , if still no luck engage support to see what’s wrong and fix
