My cell is not connected the error messages are either. Not registered on network or no sim card

@Lvinnes   did you just join PM?  try to reseat the sim card (power down the phone, take sim out for a minute before you put it back and power up).  Or better, try the sim card on another phone

 

if that does not work still, open ticket with PM Support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Lvinnes , it sounds like you might have a phone failure on your hands.  If the phone cannot read the SIM card, there is no way it can register on the network.
