Hello,  hope you can help...

 

Been a PM customer for a couple of years and never had any problems until now....

 

My Plan was automatically renewed on July 25(auto payment) recieved SMS confirmation.

 

On Saturday I receievd an SMS from Public Mobile  - Your new PIN is xxxx

 

Tried to make a call and then send an SMS and was informed that - Not Rgeistered on network

 

Any ideas - paying for a service and not able ti use it.
