Not receiving text updates

Hi community! Why am I not receiving text updates for my public mobile account anymore? (like letting me know if a payment was not made/not made?)

The reminder text stopped about a year ago for me but I do get email reminders.

I think that has been gone for  many months.  I don't have the text now, too

but one thing you getting is the Public Points email, they send to you 2 days or so after renewal
