Not receiving security codes from CRA

Hi, I try to log in to my service Canada account but couldn’t receive the security code, apparently it was sent buy I didn’t receive it. Try a few times today. Anyone experienced anything like that. I just switch to PM on October 13th. Could that create that problem?

1-Turn off your phone

2-Take out the sim card from your phone for 5 minutes

3-Re-insert your sim card in to your phone 

4-Start your phone.

 

Hope this time you will get the security code from CRA

Are you receiving calls and text messages from others?  Did you request a number to be ported in?  I am trying to figure out if your number has ported properly.  If that is the case, try putting your old carrier's SIM  card back in your phone to see if that service is still working and check if the text message is then received.  Also, even after number porting is complete, there is sometimes a delay untl verification text messages can be received.
