Moved to PM and keep my old number. Completed the process on Monday afternoon around 5pm. All appeared to work. Received a text at 8 pm AFTER porting the number to PM. 14 hours later (7pm the next day) ,incoming text and calls are not working. Help!!

I'm dealing with the same issues, albeit somewhat intermittently. Calls aren't coming through to my phone, but I get voicemail notifications.
Text messages are delayed in coming in.
They "refreshed my account" yesterday, which fixed the problem temporarily, but I'm noticing the problems again today.

can you login to My Account (use email to receive 2FA since you cannot receive it via Text) did you get an A1 Forbidden error?
Check with support, there were some posts with this problem
