My mom is not receiving the 6 digit confirmation code to her email (gmail) to log in. We setup her account yesterday and received a code, but i've tried multiple times to login, clicked on resend code multiple times too. No code is being delivered, not in junk or other folders.
I'm receiving the emails perfectly fine for my account though (live.com).

You may need to open a ticket and have an agent dig in. Use the orange chat bubble at the bottom right and send a message to CS_Agent
