If your old SIM is still working than porting was not completed.
Did you reply to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window confirming you are porting over to PM?
If not, contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you but leave the old SIM in your phone.
This is the most critical part in porting your number over to PM.

I have a feeling the users port is just still in the process, alot of people expect it to be immediate.

check the little envelop icon on top right side of the page should be highlighted as I sent you a message with the port assistance number. If your number still isn't correct by the am...give 'em a call and they'll help get it right.

How long has it been since you Approved the Port Request and replied 'Yes' to the Port Request message you received on your original Providers SIM Card?
After replying Yes, it can take up to 90 mins for the port to fully complete, if you already have the new Public SIM Card in that's why incoming text messages and calls are not working yet.
You'll only be able to call out from the new SIM Card and use Mobile Data until the Port is completed.
It's in the process of porting and all calls and texts will continue to go to your Previous Providers SIM Card until the port is completed and your original SIM loses reception, transferring your number fully to Public Mobile.
In My Profile Settings does it show you the number you ported in as your current number? If yes, just be patient and I'd expect less than an hour for everything to begin working normally.
