This is not good, most companies when you add money to your account, it automatically add your minutes. I was out of minutes and added $10 yesterday but I can’t still make or receive calls.

@raggabless small technicality: once every 30 days, not once a month. There can be the occaional month where you have two payments in a calendar month. For example, the 1st and 30th, or the 2nd and 31st.

Thanks guys, my first time trying to buy minutes so I added $10 thinking it will automatically add my minutes

@Mangaan It's a two step process to buy extra minutes. First you put money in your account, then decide what to do with it, which would be buying the extra minutes mentioned. Also the extra minutes do not expire at the end your your billing cycle so they are they until used.
Cheers

@Mangaan It is actually good, since there are many options you can do with that money. If you want to add "minutes" you need to go to your add-on section and purchase the add-on you want (minutes). You get quite the selection here.
$5 can get you 500 minutes Canada-Wide
