Not getting my friend referral discount

I signed up a friend with my referral discount but am not receiving my referral discount.

There are no numbers showing in my rewards acct

your friend ever got the $10?

 

ask you friend to open the ticket for both of you 

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@roddyjb you meant you still have not see the $1 or 1 additional Public Point?  How long your friend joined?

 

First ask if you friend see the $10 in his My Account showing up as Available Fund (make sure it has been over 72 hours since joined).  If he does not see that too, then ask him to open a single ticket for both of you for PM to investigate

@roddyjb , rewards take a bit of time to show up.  Check the referral list in your rewards account.  If you see the last 4 digits of the number referred, then the rewards will be issued appropriately.
