Not getting any points from referral code

Hello, I bought my mom a phone for Christmas and opened her a new number with public mobile on November 11, 2024. I used my referral code on her account on the initial setup page when I got her a SIM card. However, I still have not received any bonus points for the refer a friend program and have only been getting points from paying my own phone bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Jay1999 if you are on the legacy program, you will see the $1 in the My Rewards portal ( https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/en/ ) within a week after your friend activated.   But if you are on the old rewards system, it might take couple more days before you see a 1 Public point increase in the My Rewards portal ( https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/en/ )

Yes I just checked out her account she has the $10 bonus but on my account I still have not received any reward points for the referral but thank you so much for the reply and help.

@Jay1999  You would need to get your mom to contact support to make sure the code was applied correctly . Did she get the one time $10 credit in her available funds do you know ? But here’s the link she should use to contact  support
