Not able to verify credit card??

I tried making a payment but it can't verify my credit card. Any other way to make this work? It's the same card I used at Walmart when I started.

My Westpac Mastercard has worked well in all 3 countries for the last month of travelling. I just pulled up a statement and entered the address as suggested a bunch of times. It's still not working. Where do I get the vouchers? I have to add funds in before it runs out tomorrow. Any help appreciated.

@dna2016, Visa Débit cards are accepted by Public Mobile.u

Some Prepaid Reloadable Cards are accepted by Public Mobile, I use the Scotiabank Reloadable Scene VISA.  I got it just for Public Mobile originally.

Visa Gift cards are not usable in most experiences I found out.

That's very odd.  Suggest you confirm the follwoing:

 - is it a visa debit card? (not sure if these are valid for PM payments)

- is it a prepaid credit card? (don't think these will work for PM payments)

- if it's an actual credit card then double check with the provider if it's been blocked, suspended, or limit has been reached.

Worst case scenario, get in touch with a MOD to see if they can process the payment.

@Ogre type in everything exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, down to punctuation, capitalizaiton, spacing, symbols, etc.

For example, if you live in appartment 123 at 555 Fake St but your credit card statement shows your address as 123-555 FAKE STREET, then leave the appartment number box blank, and type in exactly "123-555 FAKE STREET" in the address field, and so on.

Try using incognito/private browsing mode. If this does not work, try another card or purchase voucher.

You sure the info you typed in is correct.

What error does it say when it wont go through?

You can call credit card company to find out why.

Or use voucher.
