Not able to set up my account due to it telling me I have an invalid phone number but I have a new sim card installed.

@mgbonello if you arent able to create an account contact customer support mods to fix it.
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "locked out of self serve"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

If you want to bring her old phone number over then it must be active and the phone must be unlocked, the carrier can unlock it for you. You can have this process done in store or with the link below:

Maybe try this:
Clear your browser cache/history/cookies. Close browser and open a new browser in incognito/private mode. Also, you can try a different browser.

It's actually for my wife, yes she has service and the phone works perfectly just not able to set her new account.
