I recently moved from Bell to Public Mobile on Jan 25 and my sms still hasn't been working. I have an iphone and I have switched from Bell. I have no problem with data access and calling, only text messaging. I need access to sms messaging to received verification codes. I have submitted a ticket but I am in urgent need to receive the verification code. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done

Hi thank you for the information. I am unable to receive any inbound calls. I have removed my old Bell e-sim. Could you help me resolve the issue?

please confirm if you can receive inbound calls. But before testing, remove your old Bell sim card and disable Bell esim
most the time the SMS issue is simply because the porting was not completed and one way to test is via inbound calls
if your phone cannot receive inbound calls, then port was not done. But if the phone can receive inbound using PM sim, then please reboot phone and click Reset network settings and test again
