How are you, I just found that someone else who has the same issue with their plan and asked your help. I am facing this issue where I am not able to connect any calls from mobile phone though LTE and Data seems working fine. The announcement I am getting "Sorry. We cannot complete your call. You don;t have active Long distance add-on...."
It was working fine yesterday but having this issue with both incoming and outgoing since morning.
Can you please urgently engage the technical guys to look into it?

This is a public forum, so you should remove your name and phone number immediately.
Send a private message to the Moderator Team with your issue and they should be able to look into it for you.
