I registered an ESIM for my cousin who just came to visit. When activating the esim i used my phone so it connected to my phone- eventhough i use his phone IMEI to check for compatibility. I got confused and accidentally deleted that esim. Afterward, i had purchased a new esim, but wasn't able to activate, and it said contact the Public Mobile Agent for help. Please help me. They already charged me for the plan and esim card but still not able to use

You have to contact customer support and they may make you buy a physical SIM card to active the account, then they can assist you in switching to a eSIM.
