Hello,
I'm having an issue with my Public Mobile line. I'm unable to make calls or send messages, and I’m receiving a “Not registered on network” message on my phone. I’ve already tried restarting the phone and removing and reinserting the SIM card, but the problem persists. Could you please help me check if there’s any issue with my account or the activation of my SIM card?

try your sim card on another phone
or if that does not work , still see Not registered, ask PM to reprovision the sim.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
