Hello!
I came across Public Mobile’s $30 subscription plan and hoped to switch to it. Apparently, since I’ve been a member for a few years, I can’t access this plan. Is there any way for existing members to switch to more affordable plans without deleting and reopening an account? It currently seems that loyal members are limited to pricier plans while new members are offered better deals…?

@Jennica I was on the $35/75GB Can-Mex-US and the cheapest plan I saw in my account was the $30/30GB Can-Mex-US. I switched to it today and now am offered in my account on the app;
$29/20GB Can-Mex-US
$27/10GB 4G Canada
$25/5GB 4G Canada

Sorry @Jennica , existing subscribers can only change to plans offered in My Account > Change Subscription page. PM customizes the list of plans based on your current plan profile. You won't be able to change to plans not offered there.
