Nokia 3310 having issues

Hi all I have a Nokia 3310. 

The issue is that I often have phone calls go straight to voicemail when people are calling me, even though I am in service range and even in the same room. 

What do you think?

Potentially I was thinking that somehow I may have blocked long distance calls but I don't think there is a setting for that.

@Tman unfortunately that phone doesn't work for public. it's too old and doesn't support the correct frequencies.

if you have a dual sim version try using the other sim slot
