No sms or voice calls since porting my number

I recently signed up a new account with PM and ported my number. Since then sms texts and voice calls have not been coming through. PM sent me a message saying that i had entered an incorrect ESN/MEID. I have tried contacting @CS_agents but no one has responded to me yet. Is there another way to get some customer support? Thanks.

- no i did not receive any texts or calls from my previous cell company

- i can call out, but incoming is not working

I will call the porting number that was messaged to me direct by @Hollister

@BH5   Did you get a text message from your previous provider asking for your permission to transfer the number, and you replied YES within 90 minutes?  Can you call out, is it just incoming you aren't getting?  The CS Agents are very busy right now because of Black Friday and their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.  Hopefully you will get a reply soon.
