No sim error

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

New Sim card and new phone number. The phone still states no SIM. I’ve turned off and on airplane mode. Turn off the phone and turn the phone back on. Nothing works

did you login to My Account and update your sim card number?

Login to My Account, go to Profile page, click the pencil to the right of sim card number and update.  After you updated it with the new sim card number, wait 5 mins and reboot your phone
