I’ve paid for my plan and when I check self serve everything is normal and paid, but i have no data / phone number / service as if i never paid my plan, help!!

Did you port your old number over to PM?
If you are, did you leave your old SIM in your phone and replied to the text to confirm you are porting over to PM?

@meara - have you recently activated with Public Mobile?
Could your phone be locked? If so, contact the previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

@meara did you just join PM?
If so, try to put your PM SIM in another phone and see if it works
And what error do you see on the phone? SIM not provisioned? No Network? NO SIM?
If you got any of those messages and PM SIM not able to use on another phone, try to open ticket with PM Support, it could be just sim provisioning problem
