I have no service despite them taking the funds from my account. Anyone have any suggestions?

@HopfU  - okay, Active account status. Good to know.

 

Are you a new activation here? did you port over a number from another provider?

 

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

when i call 611 I get a list of things that are of no help, and my account says active

@HopfU  - does your account status in self serve or by calling 611 say ACTIVE?

If so, try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*perform a reset network settings on your device

 

 

If the status is Suspended try adding a $1 top up manually to your Available Funds balance, then can you resume/reactivate services? If changed to Active, then reboot your phone.

What do you hear when you dial *611?

 

Also, log into your self-serve account, what's showing in upper left for status?

Try toggling Airplane mode ON...then OFF.
