@Bluebird1910 If you don't have another valid card, then you have an option to purchase PM voucher from local stores. Once you load enough amount, it will renew.

Okay so the plot thickens.. logged in to see what my data usage looked like. Payment didn’t go through, weird because it should have. But okay I add another card. That card cannot be added and I can’t pay to resume services..

@Bluebird1910 Depends on what phone you have, but usually in connection or sim settings. Try switching to LTE mode and see if that helps. Unless there is an outage in your area or account related issue, you should have signal. If you're using a physical sim, remove it and clean it.

Hi, I noticed it wasn’t working this morning at 9am when I left the house. I tried all the resetting - the phone itself, the toggle airplane mode, resetting network settings. Still no dice. I’m literally about to switch carriers because I just can’t be without service over the weekend. I usually have 5g minimum.. I haven’t changed any settings, how do I check the mode

@Bluebird1910 What do you have? Ensure you have LTE or 5G network mode selected in settings. When was it last working?
