New activation?

Make sure you removed the old sim card or disable the old esim.  Make sure PM sim now the own sim showing on Settings -> Cellular screen.  enable it but toggle on Turn on thos line, and set it with label Primary.  Last, Reset Network Settings on the phone and should work
