I took advantage of a cheaper plan over Christmas that was set to start today. I've been billed but have no service. The chat bot if horrifically unhelpful. How do I contact these people to get my phone to work.

The link does not give me anywhere to type a message. It does say private message at the top though, just nowhere to type

@Caseynmorris Yes this common issue with scheduled plan change . But easy fix for support use this direct link to to submit ticket with CS agents
