No service on my phone

I got a new public SIM card, I downloaded the app on my phone, I created an account, and still no service for than two days after I activated my SIM 

But when I put the SIM on another phone it works but it does not work on my phone 

Note: my phone is not locked

I just sent an email and I hope it works, until now I have no service even my phone works on my mom sim which it is from Public only when I install the new sim didn't work

Is there any customer service for public Mobile 

Or can we inactivate it and then try to activate it again

It is not Locked, It works on any other SIM

@Morale   Is the phone new to you but not a brand new phone?   Has it been working for you before?

What is the make and model of your phone?

If it is a Global phone, it might not be compatible with Canadian carriers.

Also, double check if it is locked:

https://www.imei.info/ 

Go to about phone in your settings for the IMEI number.

I did reset the network now still not working

Did you reboot your phone with the PM SIM in your phone?

Did you pick a new number or port your old number over to PM?

Just curious on what make and model of your phone?

Also, reset the Network Setting and see if that worked.
