Current moderator hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

The only way to get the help you need in the community is contacting the moderators they can help you with your problem can take a while but they will contact you.

If no, please send it again ASAP. Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days.
To test whether there is any issue with the credit/debit card, add $1 to your account. If it works, you should have extra $1 in available fund on your self-serve overview page.

Hi,
It’s has been 4 days, either today , I sent several mails to moderator about my account has been suspended due to insufficient funds. But It was set up for automatic pay, so I didn’t receive answer at all.
No resolve... no call .. no message.😡😡
