No service but my account is paid

How do I get service? This has been going on for a number of days. My account says everything is fine, but I can't call out or get calls in. Who can help??

The phone was working, then when the plan was renewed on the 27th, it didn't activate. I got the phone from my boss. When I saw him today, I got the details to log in and found the plan was an every 90 day payment plan, so I switched the plan to every 30, it took my payment from the balance on my account and said everything was fine. *611 says everything is fine but when I try to call a local call it says it is long distance...text also don't go thru and the technical setting in the phone shows the network status as disconnected. I have removed the Sim, rebooted the phone etc to no avail... There seems to be a glitch somewhere...??..

@Jd3232 sorry to hear about your trouble. 

The mods are probably gone home for the night. So in the meantime, maybe you can do some simple troubleshooting, if you haven't done already. 

Please try:

- turn off the phone

- remove sim card

- reinsert sim card

- turn on the phone. 

Also, was your service working before or has it never worked?

if it has never worked, are you sure that your phone is unlocked?
