@Moderator_Team I activaited my wife's phone. The process went smooth. But then I tried to activate my own phone. It said "Your activation request has failed. Please contact Public Mobile for help." The card I used is the same as the one on my wife's account, so it charged me a second time, but failed to activate my account. I now realize that I should have used a different card for my account. Please help
