I have placed two (2) PM CS tickets and have no record of them in my private message folder. So I don't know if they have been received or not.
Other sites will auto-reply with an email to indicate that a Service Request has been received and roughly when a response should be expected.
I have tried the PM live chat and that just indicates "no agents available - try back later". Again, we cannot even call this poor service. This is non-existent service.
And, I can't even cancel my non-activated plan because it doesn't have that tab active in my account page.
PM was really good at signing me up to a plan and taking my money and credit card information. But they are second to none at ghosting their customers and not providing customer service. Congratulations PM, you will be cursed by me to each and every person I can tell. But don't worry, most people don't even know that you even exist. And I hope it stays that way.

I hate to say it @NotWorkingSueMe but all companies who use call centers for their business pay the cheapest wages and for the cheapest services then can find NOT to touch their bottom line. However, you've got some decent CS Agents that are pretty good here and do their very best with what they are given.

Thank you for this detail. I can see my 3 CS tickets. PM still has many issues that one cannot keep using "agents are very busy".

If you had private messaged them a copy is in your sent folder. Agents are behind right now so it could be more than a few days for a reply from them. While waiting what is your issue. Maybe the community can assist you.
