What a terrible way to operate a company. I hate that this is the new norm.

@Morrwes  if you purchased the same add-on twice, why did the first one not work? Are you sure you purchased the correct one?

PM is pretty strict and ususally do not credit customers, but you never know you can only ask right?

Purchased 3gb add on that did not work. Purchased a second 3gb add on and that worked right away. Just looking for a refund for the first 3bg add on I purchased September 17th. Thank you!

It's not new at Public Mobile. Since its purchase by Telus PM has provided support only in this forum and by private messaging to the CSAs.
