I need public Mobile to contact me and change my card info

Alternative to all the browser clean up is to just open a private window/incongnito mode, etc., where none of those settings are ever stored in your browser.

I used the Public Mobile app on the phone to update the credit card. First, I waited 24 hours. I then went to the settings on the phone, then applications, then found the Public Mobile app. I then cleared the cache and data. Restarted the phone, signed back in with email and password and proceeded to update the credit card with zero problems.

you need to reach out to support and they will message you back

but have you tried to login? you cannot login or you cannot change the card info?  

PM support usually won't help to change the card info. You really have to login and do it yourself

if you cannot login, please message them and ask them to help with the login issue first
