Hello I am currently frustrated! I have not received a notification about me reaching any limits on my data and now I have none.
I am currently working in BC and data is essential. Not sure if this is a glitch in the motifs room system, but I do not want to have to pay more $$ because the system was flawed. Help please

@JeffH - firstly, check the overview section in your self serve account, showing something like below. If you are showing a data line listed, then you have data left on your plan. If no data line exists, that normally means you used it all up.
If you are still showing data left, try the below one or more of the listed troubleshooting:
