No making it receiving calls after plan update and renewal

Hi. Been on PM for 3 months with no issues. Then we upgraded to the promotional plan just before our renewal date, and all looked good. Except now no calling is possible, either way. Can someone please help with this! Thx.

@Amelia7@HalfClap  The plan not changing is a known issue right now, best thing to do is sent a private message to the mods with the required info from the below post.

Whats odd is your calling stopped working, that is definitely something a mod needs to help with?

Pretty ridiculous. I really hope a Mod chimes in soon with help. Nice to have 4 gb of data, but not if the phone doesn't work!
