@Moderator_Team I recently had a US roaming package and now that it has ended I can am no longer getting any text messages. After searching I found this

Saying that the mod team can do some sort of reset on my account to resolve it.

Uggh. This issue is such a PITA.

Yea, unfortunately, that seems to be a common glitch for those who have purchased an US roaming addon package.
Have you messaged the mods yet? If not, use the below link to send them a message with your account number, phone number and pin and they will be able to fix it for you:

Yes that is correct, you will just have to wait for the moderator team to respond to your personal message. it will take a few hours for them to respond as they are responding on a first come fist serve basis.
