I paid up my dues but i am not connected to the internet. I can make calls. What could be the problem?

@Michaelu112 :Is your Internet still not working? You should follow up with this thread you created and let everyone know if you got everything fixed yet.

Hello @Michaelu112 ,
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again
Are you just speaking of wifi internet OR data (with wifi disable or in non-wifi areas) as well?

@Michaelu112 Was renwal earlier this week? There's a a glitch that makes data not reset after renewal. Was the data working earlier?

Can you log into self service and look under My Data & Add-Ons to make sure data is listed. If it is not listed under there it has been used up.
Also is your mobile data on and your apn settings correct.
