@CS_Agent I just switched from Rogers to pm and can only make calls. I’m not receiving any incoming calls or texts. My voicemail also doesn’t work. I’ve taken my sim out and put it back in. Powered on and off and still nothing. When people call me it just says this caller is unavailable. Please help, thanks

As stated above your port was not successful. Hopefully, you already have private message a moderator. Due to overwhelming demand, the moderators have been busier than normal. It is not unusual for them to take 24 hours to get back to you and even a few days for the port to be completed. Hopefully, their backlog is down. They are finished working today, so hopefully by tomorrow morning, they will get back to you.

I ported my number about 10 hours ago now. I can call out but can’t receive anything.

@Brad111, number ports from Rogers and affiliates take about 30-60 minutes to complete. If you don't have a complete port in say 3-4 hours and the service on the Rogers side has stopped (check by using your Rogers SIM), then it is likely that the port is stuck and moderator team support will be needed to resubmit the port. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.
When conversing with the moderators using private message, try to include all the required information in a single private message. This strategy will limit the number of back and forths and speed up the process. Good luck, welcome to Public Mobile.

Wait for your number is fully ported over to PM from Rogers.
For now, you can your Rogers SIM until you cannot call out or send text. Then, switch your phone to PM SIM.
How long ago did you initiated your port?
