Hello trying to reset my password for the self serve login but I don’t have access to my email address anymore, I reset the password and answered the security questions just now but I can’t get to the reset email, please help @CS_Agent

The password reset is truly under construction. The best minds are hard at work. Rumor has it that we might see tangible results in the not too distant future. As always, do not home your breath.

@Alan_K I know the team is working hard on trying to fix the password reset issue, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
I know it has been suggested several time before, but why not simply remove the reset password feature completely ( as you did to the where to buy vouchers ) until its fixed and simply replace it by some instructions saying please contact the mods via private message in the forum to reset your password.

The password reset feature does not work. You will need to contact moderator directly. The typical waittime response is about 24 hours. They will eventually answer your question via your tag, but sometimes faster to private message directly.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)
