Hi, can you please put your sim card in another unlocked phone if possible.
It can give you an idea about which is causing the problem? If the sim card work on a different phone then the phone you have right now causing the problem.
If the sim is faulty then it's not going to work on the second phone. In that case you need to order a new sim. Please let us know the update. Thanks.

@MaggieL You need to send a private message to the moderators with your account details.
Also describe the problem, when it started etc.
I've also tagged a moderator here to help out @Shazia_K.
In the meantime, did you change anything on your phone? or online on self service that could have caused it?
