Okay I just ported my number from Rogers an hour ago and I am still getting No Service with PM. My iphone 6 is unlocked. My Rogers SIM now doesn't work as that account is closed and my PM SIM isn't connecting. I am at a complete loss for what to do now. I absolutely cannot be without a phone number for a prolonged period of time. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Issue resolved. after the 4th or 5th time of powering off the phone it finally picked up signal.
