I was out of Canada, and did not charge my prepaid plan. I am back, with no service. When login into my account my sim is not valid. How do I know if I recharge the account I have the same number?!!

call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and confirm if your account just suspended or closed permanently. If it is just suspended, you can still login My Account to make a payment to resume. Click "Didn't Receive code" and choose Send email
