I need HELP. 5 days ago i suddenly lost service and it has yet to return. I've tried rebooting the phone and it fixes nothing. I need some help urgently.

@Shazia_K its an LG G3. Same phone i've been using using.

Yep still nothing. I have no clue. When i boot up my phone it says "Service Disabled" before quickly changing to "Emergency Calls Only".

Oh I'm sorry to hear that it's still not working. 

 

Everything is looking good on our side, what phone are you using? did you buy a new phone recently?

 

Please let me know so we can try different suggestions.

As i said in the post i tried rebooting sevral times. No dice. I also tried reinserting the sim. Nothing seems to be working.

@Shazia_K if you could give this a quick fix that'd be great

@there looks to be an issue with the plan changes for sure.  Make sure you private message the modertaors and provide them with the necessary info.

My plan changes to the fall promo on the first. It was fine for a day then i lost service.
