Hi,

I just wanted to reach out and say Thanks to the PM staff and to PM in general.  It's a nice surprise to get community rewards... I know it's just a few bucks but hey, every loonie counts, eh?

 

I also wanted to tag @Shazia_K who fixed a minor issue I had when I first signed up just before the promotion.  It took less than 30 minutes between the time I posted about it and the time she fixed it.

Great post and glad to hear of all these positive experiences as lately it has been a lot of negative ones (wihich are justifiable)  My transition to PM was smooth and simple as well.  I agree Shazia has been on taking care of a lot of issues popping up in the forum but I am sure all the mods are in the background fixing more and more issues each day and decreasing this backlog.
