Hello, I've ordered a SIM back on the 27th of October that was shipped the next day and till this date I have yet to receive it. I sent an email the middle of last week, another email this Monday and then submited a form to automate an email this wednesday and still have yet to hear anything. Any support or moderators that can get this looked at? Would prefer not to gamble another $5 at the moment for a service with absoultely no customer service.

I was able to find your order and did a little digging. Was there meant to be a unit/apartment number associated with the shipping address?
