No Reply to Ticket Submitted

It has been so many days since I submitted a ticket that my Public mobile is not working. Ticket Ref # 287467/535

Please help me.

@ankurr500 We were experiencing a ticketing issue. This has since been resolved as of today. Please proceed to resubmit a ticket and one of our agents will be in contact.

@ankurr500 just read your first post from 5 days ago. If you don't mind changing your number again, go ahead and change it in your My Account to see if your issue gets resolved.

@ankurr500 - go to your ticket in your INBOX or SENT folder and reply to the message to check the status. An agent will respond to it if you stay on top of it.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
