I have contacted à moderator via a private message to know I everything was as I wanted to with my account and my plans. 

 

I got two replies but then nothing from my reply from July 25 and my "resuming" from July 28.

 

How is that?

@Shakty Is it an account related question(s)? What's the issue? 

They have been busy with high volume of requests so they might have missed your pm. If it's urgent matter and involves services not working for you, send them another message and hopefully they will get back to you tomorrow.

Sorry you are having trouble, july 28th is much longer then it should take, At the most it should be 48 hours. I suggest sending another message and make sure to include all the info as there may have been a mix up since they are swamped with all the recent issues and leave this here- @CS_Agent please look into this
