No Data in the US

Hi All,

I have been in the states since yesterday.  I added the 15 dollar US talk text and data bundle.   Talk and text work great, but have zero data access.    When I look at my add on page it shows this bundle twice, that's the only odd thing I've noticed since the last time I added this bundle last month.    I've restarted my phone 5 times.   Any thoughts

Have you ensured that "Data Roaming" is turned on for your phone?  Make sure it is turned on, then reboot your device.

@Kalo187 unless you made a mistake when you posted, I think you made a mistake in your purchase.  As @Anonymous noted, the $15 US Roaming bundle is only for US Roaming Talk and US Roaming Text (the two add-ons you're seeing in your list).  There is a $20 bundle that includes those two things plus 250MB of US Roaming Data.  That's probably what you should have purchase.

HOWEVER, do not do that now.  If you want data at this point, please add one of the stand-alone US Roaming data options.  I think the 250MB is $10 on it's own, the 500MB is $15, and the 1GB is $20, if I remember correctly.  If you were to buy the $20 bundle now, you would effectively mess up the talk and text features by having a second copy of those add-ons (an annoying quirk that a few people have run into before).

$15 is just talk and text. No data.

Maybe post a screenshot of your lower overview area with the add-ons so we can see. Remove any personal info.

A little more expensive now but you could add the data on its own.
